RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We are here to help!

But we also have strict guidelines that need to be followed when you return/exchange an item/s.

The process is simple.

* Item/s can be returned within 10 days for an exchange or store credit. Please note we do not offer refunds. A refund will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed as faulty.
* All item/s to be returned must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition. All tags and incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) must be attached. Proof of purchase is to be included when returned.
* Please take care when trying on the item as we are not able to accept returns with makeup stains, fake tan etc. If the item is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned to you.
* Item/s will be exchanged if still available and in stock. If sold out, you will receive a credit note to use on a new item.
* By purchasing from Trend Skate n Surf, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different dependant on individual monitor settings.

PROCESSING TIME
* We process all returns within 1-2 business days of them being received.
* You will receive an email with the details and outcome of your processed return.

STORE CREDIT
* Returned items will be issued a store credit, unless you have requested an exchange or have been approved for a refund due to a faulty item.
* A store credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and can only be used in one transaction.
* A store credit does not cover shipping costs and cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers.
* A store credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.

EXCHANGE
* If you would like to make an exchange please email us at trendskatesurf@yahoo.com and we will email you our exchange form to be completed.
* It is required that you include a return postage satchel, so we can send the requested item back to you. If this is not supplied, a store credit will be automatically created in its place.
* We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size in stock to exchange. We cannot hold items for exchanges.
* Any requested items that we do not have in stock will automatically be issued as a store credit to use at your leisure.
* We highly recommend keeping a tracking number of the parcel that you send back to Trend Skate n Surf. If a parcel does not make it back to Trend Skate n Surf safely we are not liable to replace/credit your item.

FAULTY ITEMS
* Trend Skate n Surf have strict quality control procedures in place. Every item that leaves our store is individually checked and signed off before being shipped.
* Please contact customer service via email info@trendskatesurf.com.au or phone (61 3) 54532 970 within 24 hours of receiving your product if you believe it to have a manufacturing fault. We will treat this at the highest of priority. Please ensure you do not throw out any of the packaging information as this will be required to move forward.

REFUNDS
* Refunds will only be provided if an item is assessed and deemed to be faulty. Please contact us at Trend Skate n Surf to be approved for a refund for damaged of faulty products.
